Same in my tribe ... When a Female Age Group "Graduated" from seclusion training , there was a Ceremony and they changed their dress code ( as in the picture ) to signal availability ... Beads , Ornaments and a Special Skirt ( Hando ) were worn .. So these 2 are fair game ..
