Any one from Kenya to explain this. Apparently, I found these photos from a Kenyan site posted by a lady who was exposing her ex boyfriend, on the comments, lots of people wanted to know whats hanging on the dick i learnt that it's a traditional way of circumsition . Can anyone confirm this
